Saying "Goodbye" is always hard...especially when "See ya later" could be over a year or more away...but, as a military family, saying "Goodbye" is part of our lives...
Thankfully technology like Skype and Vonage has made keeping in touch so much easier for all of us.
Here are some sweet pictures of R&R saying "Goodbye" to Granny and Grampy right before they left for their appointment and as we heading out the door to return to Spain...

To the left is a chalk drawing my dad did of the girls while they were sleeping that morning...he left it on the stairs for them to see when they woke up...how neat to have such a talented Grampy. :-)
